About the Retreat

Sacred Embodiment Retreats – Return to Self is a 2.5-day yoga and healing retreat designed to support deep rest, gentle release and embodied reconnection.

Through gentle practices — including yogasana, breathwork, meditation, crystal singing bowl journeys and subtle energy work — you are guided back into your body as a place of safety, presence and inner wisdom.

Rather than analysing or striving to change, this retreat invites a soft shedding of what the body, heart and mind have been carrying. Spaciousness, stillness and integration are woven throughout, allowing insights and healing to arise naturally.

This retreat is held in a small, intimate group to ensure personal guidance, safety and care. It is suitable for all levels of experience and offers a grounded entry into embodied awareness, healing and inner renewal.
