About the Retreat
Sacred Embodiment Retreats – Return to Self is a 2.5-day yoga and healing retreat designed to support deep rest, gentle release and deep embodied reconnection.
Through gentle practices — including yogasana, breathwork, meditation, crystal singing bowl journeys and subtle energy work with sacred sound— you are guided back into your body as a place of safety, presence and inner wisdom.
Your body is the container - your temple - that holds everything - your accumulated memories, conditioning, patterns and energies. This retreat is an invitation to give yourself permission to let go off that, which you have been carrying and which is ready to be released & transformed from your body - to move through life lighter, more graciously and more connected - to free up your space to be more of who you truly are.
Rather than analysing or trying to change, this retreat invites a soft shedding of what the body, heart and mind have accumulated. Spaciousness, stillness and integration are woven throughout, allowing insights and healing to arise naturally from the innate wisdom your body holds.
The retreat is held in a small, intimate group to ensure optimal personal guidance, safety and care. It is suitable for all levels of experience and offers a grounded entry into embodied awareness, healing and inner renewal.
