*Retreat Payment Terms and Conditions

The $300 deposit to secure your place is a non-refundable deposit. All refunds below are calculated minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation of your place more than 8 weeks before the retreat commences: full refund

Cancellation of your place less than 8 weeks and upto 4 weeks before the retreat commences: 50% refund 

Cancellation less than 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks before the retreat commences: 25% refund

Cancellation less than 2 weeks and up to 1 week before the retreat commences: 10% refund

Cancellation less than 7 days and more than 48 hours before the retreat commences: 5% refund.

There is no refund for not attending or cancelling less than 48 hours before the retreat.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing, including your contact details and phone number.
